Refund policy

We hope your Real Spill products bring you as much joy as they bring us. However, if for any reason you change your mind, you can return your products within 14 days of receipt, free of charge. 

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received, unless the item is faulty.

To initiate the free returns process, please email charlie@realspill.ae and include your name and order number. Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund (minus initial shipping costs) to your original form of payment within 3 business days. Depending on your financial institution, your credit may take a further 7-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It's always helpful if you can attach photos of the issue. Email charlie@realspill.ae.
